Going off Coffee

I'm planning on going off coffee for 30 days as part of a meal plan.

I'm seriously not excited about the proposition. I've always told anyone who would listen that I WOULD NEVER give up coffee... But I figure for I can do ANYTHING for 30 days. And if it helps jump start my weight loss, then it is worth it.

So, as your enjoying your morning coffee, think of me choking back some water and wondering if I can make it till the middle of April...
